Comdoors inc. (Located at 4F Shin-Nihon Building, 2-4-22 Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Representative Director: Shogo Anno) (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles the personal information of our customers and employees as follows.

The Company strives to manage the personal information of customers and employees as accurately and up-to-date as possible, and also makes reasonable security measures, both technically and organizationally, to prevent risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information.

Article 7 (Confidentiality Within the Company)

Individuals within the Company who are involved in the collection, use, and provision of personal information exercise their duties while giving due attention to the confidentiality of personal information. Furthermore, we will manage it so that only the necessary minimum personnel handle personal information through methods such as ID, passwords, and access permissions.

Article 8 (Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.)

1. When customers or employees request the purpose of use or disclosure of their own personal information through the contact point specified in Article 10, the Company will confirm the identity of the person by means of date of birth and address, and will respond accordingly if the person is confirmed to be the individual in question. However, even if proper identity verification is conducted, the Company shall not be held responsible if it is later determined that the requester was not the actual individual.
2. After disclosing personal information, if a request for correction or deletion based on legitimate grounds is made regarding the personal information disclosed by the individual, the Company will also respond to such requests. When personal information is corrected or deleted, notifications will be provided to the extent possible to the users of that personal information.
3. In cases covered by the preceding paragraphs 1 and 2, where requests cannot be accommodated due to legitimate reasons, such as the protection of a person's life or compliance with the law, we will explain the matter and the reasons for it.
4. Disclosable personal information refers to individual information that constitutes a collection of systematically organized information, and for which the Company has the authority to respond to all requests made by the individual, including disclosure, correction of content, addition or deletion, suspension of use, deletion, and cessation of provision to third parties.

Article 9 (Notice of Refusal of Disclosable Personal Information)

When the Company receive notice from customers themselves that they refuse the use or disclosure of personal information to third parties that we already possess, we will generally comply with this request. However, this does not apply if Comdoors determines, as outlined below, that it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of third parties or the public interest in relation to disclosure.

・When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.
・When there is a significant risk of seriously impeding the proper execution of the Company's business.
・When it would result in a violation of the law.

Article 10 (Complaints, Consultations, and Requests for Disclosure Contact Point)

The personal information of customers and employees is responsibly managed by the designated individuals at the Company, as listed below. In addition, complaints, consultations, and requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc., regarding the personal information held by the Company, are accepted through the contact information provided below. Please note that there are no charges or fees associated with using this contact point.
